Strawberry Picking Tips 🍓
Strawberries do not ripen after picking—choose berries that are fully red all the way around
Look for berries that are plump, firm, and bright
A ripe berry will come off the plant with a gentle pull

After You Pick
Wait to wash berries until you’re ready to eat or use them
Store in the refrigerator as soon as possible
Handle gently—they’re fresh and delicate

Freezing Strawberries
Rinse gently and dry completely
Remove stems and cut large berries if needed
Lay in a single layer on a tray and freeze overnight
Transfer to freezer bags for later use
Great for smoothies, baking, and more.
